I have finally given in and got myself a fitness watch! The Polar A300 lets me track my steps, workouts, sleep quality and reminds me to move after a period of inactivity. It's really an eye-opener as it has made realise that I need to be more active to reach my daily activity goals.
I have paired the watch with the Polar Flow app on my iPhone, which allows me to get a clear and detailed overview of my fitness stats. I will keep using the watch as it's very useful and makes me focus more on my health. The only con is that it's quite bulky but I guess that if I keep wearing it for a few more weeks, I will have fully got used to it. To find out more about the Polar A300, click here.
