The dumplings looks interesting. I never try Polish dish before. Perhaps I should ask my Polish aunt to make some =) The photos are beautiful as usual dear. Im so jealous! I wish I live in Europe and have mini trips like u!

I love pierogi! I think there are many ways you can eat them...I have had them fried with butter and onion and also boiled, so the way you had them in the restaurant was probably ok! Love the pictures of the castle :)
